Second entrepreneurs camp in 2015

What happens if 80 entrepreneurs from 7 different countries come together for three days of co-working in a small village close to Berlin? Exceptional business exchange, horizontal learning and the best team spirit ever!

During the first camp in Egypt, the participants had already established a trusted relationship within their teams. All participants – 60 start-ups and 20 mentors – were equally excited to meet again when the camp kicked off on Tuesday. On arrival day, everybody had the chance to catch up and to discover the surroundings: workshop locations, co-working area and accommodations were set very closely to ensure a real camp feeling.

Starting from the second day, the start-ups were spoilt and had to choose from more than 10 inspiring workshops. Our experts in Sales, Lean product development, Online Marketing and various other topics were also available for individual advice and feedback in the co-working area. Another important part of the programme was offered: one-on-one sessions for fellows and mentors to work on their individual business cases and facilitate confidential exchange.

On Friday, the start-ups and mentors discovered Berlin’s start-up ecosystem through our Start-up Safari. Different tours allowed for individual insights into the local entrepreneurial scene. And that is also the goal for the enpact lounge: to network and mingle with Berlin-based changemakers. Stay tuned for more impressions of the lounge…
