Fil has spent over 10 years in the startup scene in Berlin, working to internationalise companies once they had found success in the German market. From his point of view, internationalisation is 5% localisation – 95% sales!

Today Fil specializes in helping digital companies to acquire, train, and manage multinational sales teams. As a sales expert, he is delivering workshops to empower founders in these skills, and has also acted as an interim sales director for some startups. Fil is from El Paso, on the US-Mexico border, and a graduate of the Mendoza College of Business of the University of Notre Dame.
