Lisa Zoth studied political science, anthropology and theatre. Before becoming a design thinker she worked for an NGO in Bolivia as well as the Goethe Institute and the German Embassy in Egypt. In 2009 she co-founded Dark Horse Innovation, which aims to discover hidden user needs and to develop coherent solutions in the analogue and digital world. She has also realised innovation projects in the mobility, logistics and communications departments for Deutsche Bahn, Audi, DHL and Deutsche Telekom. She taught design thinking at the HPI School of Design Thinking, at the University of Witten/ Herdecke and at the Tecnológico de Monterrey, Mexico. Lisa is keen on enabling young entrepreneurs to boost their startup while keeping their innovation spirit alive.
